What you need to know

  1. On the spreading of the virus

    According to the CDC, the virus that causes COVID-19 is thought to spread mainly from person to person, mainly through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. These droplets can land in the mouths or noses of people who are nearby or possibly be inhaled into the lungs. Spread is more likely when people are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet).

  2. How to protect yourself and others

    The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus.

    The CDC recommends to:

    • Wash your hand often
    • Avoid close contacts
    • Cover your nose and mouth with a face cloth when around others
    • Cover coughs and sneezes
    • Clean and disinfect
    • Monitor your health
  3. What about masks?

    In light of data about how COVID-19 spreads, along with evidence of widespread COVID-19 illness in communities across the country, CDC recommends that people wear a face cloth to cover their nose and mouth in the community setting. This is an additional public health measure people should take to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in addition to (not instead of) social distancing, frequent hand cleaning, and other everyday preventive actions. A cloth face covering is not intended to protect the wearer, but may prevent the spread of the virus from the wearer to others. This would be especially important in the event that someone is infected but does not have symptoms. A cloth face covering should be worn whenever people must go into public settings (grocery stores, for example).

  4. What about children?

    CDC recommends that everyone 2 years and older wear a cloth face covering that covers their nose and mouth when they are out in the community. Cloth face coverings should NOT be put on babies or children younger than 2 because of the danger of suffocation. Children younger than 2 years of age are listed as an exception as well as anyone who has trouble breathing or is unconscious, incapacitated, or otherwise unable to remove the face covering without assistance.

    Wearing cloth face coverings is a public health measure people should take to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in addition to (not instead of) social distancing, frequent hand cleaning, and other everyday preventive actions. A cloth face covering is not intended to protect the wearer but may prevent the spread of virus from the wearer to others. This would be especially important if someone is infected but does not have symptoms. Medical face masks and N95 respirators are still reserved for healthcare personnel and other first responders, as recommended by current CDC guidance.

    What Incoterms do you provide?

    Depending on the suppliers, we offer EXW, FOB, CIF, and CIP. Air Freight from China is currently very expensive and waiting time at the airports can go up to 15 days. We recommend using Sea Freight to avoid long waiting lines and save on transportation costs. All of our prices include logistics and the costs of transportation. Please note that we only work with fully certified factories.

    What are the payment terms?

    Depending on the order, we accept T/T, LC, or ESCROW.

    Are the products certified and verified?

    All of the orders are checked by an independent company (SGS, Veritas) for conformity and validity.

    What is the procedure to order?

    Due to high demand, we follow a strict procedure.

    For all orders, the procedure is the following:

    • A Letter of Intent from the buyer
    • A Proof of Funds from the buyer
    • We provide an initial Soft Corporate Offer
    • After acceptance of the SCO, we request a Purchase Order

    For 3M products, we follow the procedure defined by 3M, and the orders are managed directly between your lawyers and the 3M legal department.

    Do you provide Certificates and Proof of Life?

    Up to the SCO, we will provide you with anonymized certificates. Once a PO has been issued, we will provide you with the full certificates package and POL. The factories we work with deal with hundreds of requests on a daily basis. Our procedure ensures that all parties are fully protected. For specific orders, the procedure will be managed directly between lawyers in order to ensure a smooth process.
